Terms of service

Our services and quotes

Work is agreed in writing before it starts. Each quote sets out what is included, the price and the timing. Prices are not shown on the website. A quote is not a contract until both sides have agreed to it.

Ownership of your accounts

For client websites, you own your domain, hosting and accounts. We are added as an administrator so we can build and support your site.

Payments

Payments are taken through a payment provider's own secure checkout or invoice link. We do not store card details. Any deposit, payment schedule and late-payment terms are set out in your written quote.

Concept demos

Demo sites on this website are concepts that show what we could build. They are not real businesses, and any names, addresses or details in them are examples.

Limits of responsibility

We take care with our work, but we cannot promise that a website will be free of interruption or error. Problems can happen, for example a server failure, or an update made by an administrator that changes or breaks the layout. We also cannot promise that a website will produce any particular result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
